Today, Culinary Arts and Hospitality are probably two of the most popular programs in George Brown College. In the Chefs House at George Brown College, the students may get an opportunity to bring what they have learned at school to practical experience. it was my pleasure and honor to have this special interview with Oliver Li, the Chef de Cuisine and one of the instructors at the Chefs House. Oliver had been in the industry for over 30 years. He had been an Executive Sous Chef for Hilton Toronto and “Zum Schwarzen Stern”, one of the top restaurants in Frankfurt, Germany. During this video interview, Chef Li had talked about his career, challenges and the experience with his students. Also, Oliver and his students demonstrate the process of making an appetizer, a main course and a dessert.
