Since 1995, Miss Chinese Toronto Pageant have helped many girls pursuit their passion, whether on building foundation for all kinds of international pageants or becoming artists, TV hosts, or actresses. Their career started here, and some have made phenomenal success in the TV and entertainment industry. Miss Chinese Toronto Pageant 2016 is organized by Fairchild Television, co-organized by Talentvision, Fairchild Radio, and Popular Lifestyle & Entertainment Magazine. This is an opportunity for you to learn, to challenge yourself, and gain priceless experiences. In this beautiful adventure, you are not alone. Going through well-planned training sessions designed by the organizer for more than two months with a team of ten girls, enjoy the happiness, sadness or nervousness together in your very first studio shoot, outdoor filming, first public press conference and more. The intensive trainings bring up your confidence inside out and discover your unique strength, including image building, make-up, hairstyling, dance, catwalk classes and more. Champion of Miss Chinese Toronto Pageant 2016 will be representing Toronto to compete Miss Chinese International Pageant 2017 in Hong Kong.

The Champion nominator receives a round-trip air ticket from Toronto to Hong Kong.
To be eligible to participate in the Contest, the Contestant must fulfill each of the following requirements:
(A) The Contestant must be a person:
i) who has never been through any ceremony either valid or invalid, whether civil, religious, customary or tribal which is recognized as a marriage ceremony in any part of the world;
ii) who has never been pregnant.
(B) The Contestant shall have attained the age of 17 years on or before August 1, 2016 and shall not have attained the age of 28 years on or before February 28, 2017 (by Western reckoning);
(C) The Contestant must be resident of Canada and have resided in Canada for a continuous period of six months or an accumulated period of one year or more on the day that she signs the Application Form;
(D) The Contestant must be nominated by a person.
