Uncle Tetsu’s cheesecake was first created in the Hakata area of Fukuoka, Japan. In the last 20 years, Uncle Tetsu’s business has been expanding all over the world, including Canada. Yesterday, the 6th location was opened in the Greater Toronto Area. It is located at the south side of Pacific Mall, Markham, Ontario, Canada. Politicians were invited for the ribbon ceremony, including Hon Michael Chan, MPP (Markham—Unionville), Frank Scarpitti, the city of Markham major, Sandra Yeung Racco, the city of Vaughan Ward 4 Councillor, Chin Lee, the city of Toronto Ward 41 Councillor and so on.
Uncle Tetsu has been using their own special unique recipe and ingredients for their products. Besides the original cheesecake, customers were able to find some freshly made honey madeleine and rusk from this new store. The Pacific Mall location opens from 11am to 9pm everyday.
