Fort York Celebrates The Bentway Skate Trail Official Opening

Fort York celebrates the opening of The Bentway’s Skate Trail with FREE admission and extended hours all weekend long! Join in some family-fun activities in the Fort York Visitor Centre, including a special pop-up exhibit on winter in Toronto and a Fort York selfie booth. Join a lantern tour on Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m., or join the Mayor’s Skating Party on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.

7th Annual Toronto Tango Marathon 2018

Toronto Light Festival

The Toronto Light Festival is a new visual journey and an imaginative cerebral adventure. During the cold, dark days of winter, City residents will be drawn out of their traditional indoor habitats to experience Toronto in a way they never have before.The Festival exhibits the creativity of local and international artists and is a winter experience designed to entertain & inspire.

Repair Cafe

Don’t throw it away, fix it! Bring a broken household item to the Repair Cafe where you can get help fixing it for free. Volunteers fix household item, ranging from small household appliances such as toasters, to clothes, to lamps, to computers to jewelry, and book and paper repair. We’ll even have a bike repair booth right outside the library’s front doors!
