Mercury Transit Between Earth And The Sun Visible On Remembrance Day 2019

On Nov. 11, Canadians might be able to see the Mercury transit between Earth and the sun.  Viewers would need a telescope with appropriate sun filters due to the size of the mercury and direct sunlight will damage your eyes.  According to the source from ABC news, transits occur about 13 times per century.  You will have to wait another 13 years if you miss this transit.
